  1. May one shave on Friday (erev rosh chodesh) if rosh chodesh Iyar falls out on Shabbat?

  2. This year rosh chodesh Iyar falls out on Sunday and Monday. May one shave on Friday before or must he wait until Lag B’omer?

One who is keeping the “first half” may not shave until Lag Ba’omer. “Second half” people can shave Erev Rosh Chodesh Iyar.
