Kavod Harav,
In Israel majority of people have short sleeve when they are in the minyan.
1 - If a person goes up to be Hazan, does he need to wear a talit?
2 - If yes, should he makes a bracha?
3 - The same questions, regarding going up for Aliya on Shabbt afternoon.
4 - I understand that if you say Selichot alone, you are not allowed to say Aramaic portions, but are you allowed to say them along with Hazan in a minyan?
5 - Can you say Selichot before sunset even though you have prayed Minkha?
6 - If a non-Jew asks you to pray for him/her, some of them beleive in our prayers, can you pray for that person in ברכת שומע תפילה?
