Should I begin saying Haneros Halalu (הנרות הללו) after the first light is lit or wait until all the lights are lit?

I’ve seen some people start saying haneros halalu immediately after the first lamp is lit while they continue lighting the remaining lamps. And I’ve seen others wait until all the lamps are lit.

What should I do?

Wait until all the lamps are lit and then begin saying Haneros Halalu.
