Sous Vide Machine

Can one kosher a sous vide machine for Pesach? It has only been used with items that have been vacuum sealed.

Was it ever used with Chametz?

Sous vide the food item is sealed in plastic then immersed in a large water bath. That water is heated by an immersion circulator.

Sous vide is the immersion heater. If that was used with Chametz it would need koshering

Why would it need to be kashered if the circulator never touches food? The food is sealed and then put into tje bath and the circulator heats the bath. Wouldnt it be not taam from the food to the bag and then notein taam bat notein taam from the bag to the water and then a third netina to the circulator?

You are confusing this with nat bar nat (נ"ט בר נ"ט). That only works if the cooking is done at different times.

Then I am now confused by the point of double wrapping something if it is being cooked in a nonkosher oven

Nat bar nat doesn’t work when the pots/utensils are being cooked with the same liquid at the same time. This Sous Vide is the same as putting a dairy big pot on the fire with water and putting a meat pot in that pot with soup or something else. Halacha would dictate that unless there is 60, the meat or dairy pot would become assur. This would not be ok because of nat bar nat
