Should the following berachot be said בשם ומלכות?

A. Lightning, the 28 year solar cycle, wonders of nature: עושה מעשה בראשית.

B. Rainbow: זוכר הברית, נאמן בבריתו, וקים במאמרו

C. Thunder, hurricane: שכחו וגבורתו מלא עולם.

D. Ocean (the first time in thirty days): שעשה את הים הגדול.

E. Beautiful scenes of nature: שככה לו בעולמו.

F. Unusual People or Animals: משנה הבריות.

G. Good news: הטוב והמטיב.

H. Outstanding Torah Scholar: שחלק מחכמתו ליראיו.

I. Outstanding Secular Scholar: שנתן מחכמתו לבשר ודם.

J. President, Head of State: שנתן מכבודו לבשר ודם.

K. 600,000 Jews together in Israel: חכם הרזים.

L. Place where miracles occured to the Jewish people: שעשה נסים לאבותינו במקום הזה.

M. Place where a miracle occured to oneself or one’s family: שעשה לי נס במקום הזה.

N. Bad news: דין האמת.

E. In theory yes. Not sure how to apply that today.
F. I asked about that. The Rabbi didn’t give me the green light.
G. Yes. Practically not sure which good news. On the birth of a son is one example.
H-M. Not that I know of.
N. Yes. Practically, not sure how to apply other than a death.
