I just installed a new dishwasher. At my wife’s insistence it has a stainless steel tub. The racks have some type of coating on them. It has not yet been used. Questions:
- Can It be used for fleishig and milchig dishes/cutlery?
- If so, does it have to have a cycle run in between?
- Can it be kashered for Pesach use? If so, how?
It may be used for meat and dairy at the same time. No need to have separate runs or empty runs in between.
Does this apply to all or just Sephardim?
