Chief Rabbi Dov Lior wrote that stainless steel should be held like glass. He said he consulted with scientists and that stainless steel is not porous. Can this be something to rely on?
It’s a rational argument, but we have not reached that point when it comes to Halachah. We still treat stainless steel the same as before.
