Hi if Starbucks would wash the non kosher dishes together with the coffe utensils in the same dishwasher and the hot water cycle starts before the soap comes out is the coffe prohibited

Because עירוי כלי ראשון and even the rema in צה agrees when the utensils are dirty and have residue on them when the hot water enters

Once the soap is released, any Issur becomes Pagum. Likely even before there’s any soap.

To your point about the soap not being released right away, I believe that’s how all dish washers work. The Rabbi knew this and said it’s not a problem.
