Hi. Am I allowed to buy fresh steelhead fish from Costco? It looks like salmon but it is from the trout family. It is not salmon. They sell it fresh without any skin and bones. Can I buy it?

No, it does not say it’s ok to buy steelhead fish without skin from Costco. It merely says that the steelhead fish is a kosher fish.
