At what point (May 2022) when traveling out of Lakewood do I need to say
TH. In all the directions of compass. I know this is a difficult question to answer and is constantly evolving. In the meantime , specifically for shorter trips within 5-10 miles, I have no idea when it is required
Some examples of common short trips:
Manasquan reservoir, Allaire park , Howell Shoprite, Tom’s River County Offices, Point Pleasant,Freehold Mall, Bike riding in any direction without a specific destination, Ocean County Mall, Brick Hospital, Deal, Ocean, and all other points. Help!!

Following up on above question. I also want to know when tefillas ha derech is needed from lakewood to deal / Neptune / seaside heights etc …
All three destinations you mentioned required tefilat haderech.
