Tevilah for Mishloach manos containers

Hi,
If I want to send food in a new glass container for Purim would I need to toivel?

Yes.

How would this be done for several people as it’s a gift?

Each glass container requires tevilah. It is a simple process. Bring to a kosher mikva or lake, make a bracha, and dip them in the water until fully submerged so water is reaching every area of the container.

Once you tovel these containers you may place food in them and gift them to whomever you want. The receiver need not tovel again since you already did it.

If the glass container is a storage container (not used during meals) would it still require tevilah?

Still requires tvilah.

Just to clarify, if the food itself is not touching the container, the container would not need tevilah. Correct?

Correct
