Distilled Vinegar source needs to be verified. If you can get that info from the company, please let us know.

I called the company. Trader Joe’s vinegars are corn-based, unless it specifically says “contains wheat”.

Just adding a comment about artichoke in general. They often have bug infestations. Not sure about this product specifically though.
