Using Twist ties on Shabbos

What does Rabbi Abadi hold regarding the following?

  1. May I use a twist tie on Shabbos to close a bag etc.?

  2. Does it matter how many twists I use to make the seal?

  3. If it is ossur to seal something using a twist tie, would it also be ossur to untwist it in order to open a bag etc.?

  4. Does the length of time I wish to seal the bag (eg. from one time during Shabbos to a later time that same Shabbos vs to some time after Shabbos) affect the din?
