Vanilla and almond extracts

Is there a general rule regarding extracts for Passover or each to be determined separately?

  1. Organic Vanilla extract: water, organic alcohol (35%), organic vanilla bean extractives

  2. Pure almond extract McCormick- water, alcohol, and oil of bitter almond

Problem is always the alcohol. Confirm that the alcohol is ok and you’re good

Update: Mcormick stated that their alcohol is corn based

excellent. May be used for passover.
