If this is made with oat milk- would this be considered non dairy? Or so there dairy in any of the other ingredients?

I believe the whipped cream is dairy. If you skip that you’re fine.

@ralph.lasry can you confirm about the whipped cream?

The vanilla bean powder we use at Starbucks is dairy.

How is it the powder kosher if there’s no hechsher

Products are not kosher because they have a hechsher. A hechsher is just a way of letting you know the product is kosher. Cucumbers dont have a hechsher and they are always kosher.
