If yo tie your shoes up - or untie them-do you have to wash your hands.
And if not, WHEN do you have to wash your hands as regards touching your shoes

If the shoes are dirty you need to wash your hands. (Usually the bottom?)

No need for cup. If they are soiled then you can use soap.
