Is this cream cheese kosher? If yes, can it be used for Passover?
Ingredients: pasteurized milk and cream, whey protein concentrate, modified food starch, salt, cheese culture, guar gum, lactic acid, carob bean gum, xanthan gum, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor).
This would need a hechsher for year round. If it has, it’s ok for Passover too.
