Kosher for pesach for all. However, this cannot be used for the 4 cups or Kiddush and the proper bracha would be Haetz, not Hagefen.

Correct. It’s not grape juice. It’s a fruit juice. For grape juice to be hagefen it needs to be basically 100% grape juice.
Does it also have to be pure and not from concentrate? Or does thar matter and 100% juice is fine?
From Concentrate isn’t the issue. The issue is that grape juice cannot be diluted. So if they only returned the same amount of water that was removed when making it concentrate that would be fine.
I just use Kedem, but to be sure as long as it’s 100% grape juice it can be from concentrate or not from concentrate? Thanks!

Correct. Careful with Kedem to make sure its not “Light” version. The Rav holds that is not Hagefen.

Yes of course, it is so watered down it’s not even grape juice anymore. I wonder what the ratio of water:juice is.
