If the cup holds more it should be full

The 1.69 is how much one needs to drink. Thatโs the same regardless of cup size.
If you are travelling and you use a wine glass for kiddush, does it still have to be full? 1. The Derech of using a wine glass is to have it mostly empty so that the wine has the chance to oxygenate. 2. If we have to have a full wine glass, thatโs a lot of wine! 
3. The alternative could be to use a plastic disposable cup but that is much less mechubad. Thanks as always.

Plainly put, a full cup is more respectfull than a better vessel.
