Would this be fine if not mixed with water? I know Pessah is some time away but the parakeets need to get used to new food introduced to them.

It may be a problem. There are many seed and oat blends. Take a look and if you find one please post.

Can you please let me know which ingredients here are the issue soo I can try to search for something without those ingredients.

Although very expensive, would this or something like this be okay? Only possible problem I see is the oat groats. I know we dont eat oats but it’s not really one of the 5 grains, would it be ookay for an animal?

I thought oats were one of the 5 grains? Wheat, oats, spelt, barley, rye. Is there a different list? Just asking to learn thanks!

Oats is not one of the five grains, but one should not consume it during Pesach. You may have it in the house and be sure to not use it as Matzah for the pesach seder
