There’s a new wine & cheese store in the Modiin mall in Israel. There’s no hechsher on the store but all the products, wine & cheeses, all come from closed packages with good hechsherim on them. They open the cheeses & cut them for you as wanted. Is there any problems with buying from the store? Do we need to suspect that he’s cutting other things with the knife that’s not from the store? Any other possible issues?
