We need to know the source of the vinegar and the yeast.
The bottle says gluten free. Does that help?
That helps for the yeast. But if the vinegar is made from grain, they can still call it gluten-free.

Still an issue with the vinegar
I emailed the Wishbone parent company. Here is their response. The dressing does say Gluten Free. Is it ok for Pesah?
This seems a little too generic but if we push back we may get somewhere. Can you respond asking them to confirm that if the vinegar was sourced from wheat, even if it’s completely gluten/allergy free, it would listed as “contains”? Honestly I doubt that’s true. Spoke to someone at conagra today and I don’t think this is accurate.
