Buckwheat ( which is not wheat) and not additives, fortifiers or preservatives. Gluten and Wheat Free. My understanding is that Ashkenazim don’t eat it because of word confusion, as in Europe Kasha could be any cooked cereal. This looks good to me, and is a good alternative to riceland quinoa.

Kosher for Pesach for Sephardim for sure. There’s a good chance it’s good for Ashkenazim too. Unfortunately, anything they did not eat in Europe or Russia, they automatically assume is kitniyot. Not eating something because the name sounds like Chametz is absurd, and my father made that clear in his Sefer.
