Yeast appears in approved KFP products but is not listed on the New ingredients listing. Still KFP? example Beyond Meat Meatballs approved in 2021, same exact ingredients.

Yeast as an ingredient can sometimes be a problem. Need to verify source.
How do I verify the source? What am I looking for? Nutritional Yeast? What would be acceptable as a source?
Nutritional Yeast would be ok.
I spoke with Beyond Meat today. I asked "We need to know what the vinegar and the yeast are made from. For example rice or corn or wheat etc. for the vinegar, and of the yeast, nutritional or what? " Their response was “Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, the type of vinegar we use is part of our recipe and it is proprietary information.” So we will not know.
